User Experience Designer
Overview: The User Experience Designer is a key member of the Superior, Colorado, customer experience team. In addition to being recognized as a leader in the network security marketplace, StillSecure has set itself apart by uniquely building very easy-to-use security products that focus on the usability needs of our various customer personas. This position requires outstanding skills in user interface and interaction design. The position includes translating product requirements into user interface designs that will be utilized in our core security products. Tasks include creating and modifying Web application screens; translating use cases and paper mockups into HTML prototypes; and reviewing and testing designs with key stakeholders, end users, product team members, and internal subject matter experts. Exceptional oral and written communication, and customer interaction skills are critical for this position. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
Required skills:
- 2 or more years job experience designing highly complex Web applications
- Fundamental knowledge of usability principles
- Excellent task and user analysis skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to apply existing standards and patterns to user interface designs
- Significant experience designing with XHTML
- Experience creating interactive and enriched designs using JavaScript and DHTML

Customer Advocate
Overview: The Customer Advocate is a key member of the Superior, CO Customer Delivery team. The CA is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing customer relationships, partners, and internal departments to provide a variety of pre-sales and post-sales services, and is ‘the’ primary liaison between Customers, Sales, and Delivery. The CA position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint. The Customer Advocate will:
- Manage and maintain positive customer relations, and will be the key stakeholder for various functions within the company to ensure the successful delivery of products and customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Identify customer expansion / up-sell opportunities and interface with Sales team to execute on opportunities.
- Achieve and sustain ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for maintaining database and knowledge of StillSecure customer activities including significant changes, special events, additions/changes to key customer contacts and other day-to-day events.
- Manage the process of facilitating communications between customers and all internal operational groups for post-sale implementation, problem/issue resolution, and other items of importance.
- Provide the leading role in preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly reports on customer renewals, up-sells, customer issues and relations.
- Facilitate ongoing meetings/communication with customers as needed, to review activities, incidents, issues, and problem resolution.
- Promote internal customer awareness and make recommendations to achieve better customer service, implementation, and delivery.
Required experience:
- Minimum 6 years experience demonstrating the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong English language verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with problem resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work across organization boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage work and meet short deadlines.

Senior Network/Linux/Java Software Engineer

Software QA Engineer

Therefore, you will be working closely with our engineering group on a daily basis during the full life-cycle development process. Your attention to detail is critical as you are creating, maintaining and executing test cases and plans and automating as it makes sense. Prioritizing QA tasks and defects will also be paramount to your success in this role. Required skills:
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in quality assurance
- Background in quality assurance best practices
- Test case and test plan management, creation, and execution
- Defect tracking and test case management systems and concepts
- Hands on experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL or Oracle
- Testing experience with Linux and other UNIX-like operating systems a must
- Previous UI testing experience, ideally web-based
