How it works

StillSecure’s Managed Security Services protects your premises, colo, cloud, or dedicated hosting facility by acting as a security gateway that is placed between your servers and the Internet. This gateway can take the form of a StillSecure Network Security Appliance (NSA), which is our own proprietary unified threat manager, a Fortinet UTM appliance, or a Cisco ASA appliance: your choice. No matter what you have to protect, or what gateway you want to use to protect it, StillSecure provides you with a single, clean path for Internet traffic to pass through.

StillSecure’s Security Operations Centers (SOCs) sets up your security gateway appliance, watches it 24x7, and stops attacks as they happen. Based on your preferences, we will call you, text you, or email you from either 8-6 local time or 24x7 to let you know about a security event as it arises and based on its severity.

Transparency

RADAR® is our secure online customer portal. In it you can see everything that happens in defense of your network: security threats and preemptive actions taken, configurations, change requests, ticket status, and more. Our extensive reports will help meet your compliance and management needs.

• On-demand reporting—presents data on the health and configuration of your StillSecure appliance; daily, weekly, monthly reporting on attack attempts, including attack source and destination, attack severity, ports targeted.
• Incident response tracking—presents event and incident details, actions taken, analysts involved, date and time data, attack header and payload, and more.
