In addition to the product-specific online support resources available above, StillSecure offers product customers the following support options:

Standard Support - StillSecure provides telephone and e-mail support, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm Mountain Time for all licensed users of StillSecure products.

Maintenance - For licensed users with current maintenance plans or annual subscriptions, StillSecure provides software upgrades and rule updates.

Premium Support - Additional premium support options are available. For more information, contact your StillSecure sales representative.
