Terms and Conditions
This Competitive Upgrade program is subject to the following terms and conditions.

• This dollar for dollar trade in applies to NAC software licenses purchased within the last 12 months and does not include amounts you paid for hardware or services with another NAC vendor.
• This program provides you with up to $100,000 worth of software licenses of Safe Access applied towards the 1st year of a 3 year license term based on its current list price. Any hardware or services must be purchased separately.
• StillSecure must receive your order no later than June 30, 2009 for you to be eligible for this offer. This offer is valid for Safe Access software only.
• You must present StillSecure with an acceptable form of proof of purchase for the NAC solution being replaced by Safe Access, as determined by StillSecure.
• The installation location for Safe Access must be within the United States.
• You agree to coordinate installation of Safe Access by December 31, 2009.
• This offer applies to subscription licenses only.
• At the time of your order, you must enter into a 3 year subscription license.
• Your use of Safe Access will be governed by StillSecure's end user license agreement.
• In connection with this offer, you agree that StillSecure may request that you participate in certain reference activities such as a case study, press release or customer reference.
• StillSecure reserves the right to change or terminate this program for any reason and at any time without providing notice.
